How to Use

Ideally, you’ll need a special Sitz Bath Tup (your local drug store should have one).  Brew the solution and let it cool so it’s lukewarm. Then, soak your lady bits for approximately 15 minutes. Alternatively, make a compress by laying the Sitz pad in a shallow bowl.  Cover it with boiling water and steep for 5 minutes, then allow to cool.  Drain the liquid from the pad so it’s moist enough to use.  Don’t squeeze it as the pads might come apart. Then, just cool in the fridge and apply when you feel the need.
